Birds: Kanha is also a great place for bird watchers. Some of the species of birds which are commonly spotted in Kanha National Park includes Indian Roller, Verditer Flycatcher, Golden Oriole, Spotbill Duck, Blossom-headed Parakeet, Bush Lark, Brahminy Myna, Indian Tree Pipit, Pied Myna, Red Munia and Common Lora. There are about 300 species of birds in Kanha.
